This tag can be used to link a building in OSM to the external OpenBuildingModels repository which contains architectural 3D building models. If a 3D model of a certain building exists in this repository, it can be referenced by the corresponding OSM way by setting this tag to its unique ID. It will then appear in OSM-3D instead of the simple building block.
