In the case one lane of a road leads to various directions (e.g. straight through and right) it's not sufficient to tag a destination to this lane, but the direction of the destination is needed as well.
Examples
without lanes
For example, there is a lane with marked options to follow through- and right-direction (turn=through;right) and there are three destinations, e.g. "a-town" and "b-village" could be reached faster when following through-direction and for "c-city" it's recommended to follow right-direction (destination=a-town;b-village;c-city), than the arrow tagging help's like this:
destination:arrow=through;through;right
lanes=1
turn=through;right
destination=a-town;b-village;c-city
destination:arrow=through;through;right
with lanes
Analog there are examples having more than one lane, e.g.:
lanes=2
turn:lanes=left|through;right
destination:lanes=h-hamlet|a-town;b-village;c-city
destination:arrow:lanes=left|through;through;right
