The key rcn_ref=* is a derivation of the key ref=*for nodes of a regional bicycle node network.
In past the key was used to decribe a road as part of a regional cycle route. It is better to use relations to tag cycle routes instead of this tag, because cycle routes can share one road.
How to map
Use the node of the intersection and add rcn_ref=number.
For a guidepost tourism=information + information=guidepost is used.
For the mapping of bicycle routes Routen-Relationen are used.

- expected_rcn_route_relations=* - Specifies the number of routes that end or begin at this point in the account.
