This tag was first used by Potlatch 1 for the function to undelete and retrieve older version of ways.
Typical values are history=Retrieved from v1, history=Retrieved from v2, history=Retrieved from v3 etc.
Not to be confused with historic=* - for mapping historic places and buildings.
See bot edit that removed this tag as an ancient and useless.
