The iucn_level=* key is used to record the IUCN protected area category of protected areas. The value is one of IA, IB, II, III, IV, V, or VI. iucn_level=* is mostly a redundant tagging of the protect_class=* value but it does allow IUCN category IA and IB areas to be differentiated (as both are protect_class=1).
