This tag is used to reference addresses in Serbia to their associate ID from national cadaster agency (RGZ). It should be placed along addresses usually tagged with addr:street=* and addr:housenumber=*.
It is established in March 2023. during discussion on import of addresses from government open data in forum: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/uvoz-adresnog-registra-pravila-tagovanja-adresa-u-srbiji/8915.
