This key ref:dhis2 (District Health Information Software 2) is an external reference. It stores the unique id of the object as recorded in the DHIS2. It applies to health entities (such as health districts, zones, areas...) and health infrastructures (health centers, hospitals...).
DHIS2 UIDs are alpha-numeric codes composed of 11 characters whose generation depends on the DHIS2 instance used.
In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the DHIS2 reference instance is the one managed by the SNIS (Système National d'Information Sanitaire) at the Ministry of Public Health.
