Used on a one-way street that has a cycling lane going in the opposite direction to normal traffic flow (a "contraflow" lane) and combined with oneway:bicycle=no.
Consider using cycleway:left=opposite_lane or cycleway:right=opposite_lane instead, as these describe on which side the contraflow lane is.
cycleway:left=lane + cycleway:left:oneway=-1 or cycleway:right=lane + cycleway:right:oneway=-1 Can be used also.
If a lane is bi-directional, see cycleway:left:oneway=* or cycleway:right:oneway=*

This tag is deprecated in the Netherlands. Please don't add it and use oneway:bicycle=no plus cycleway:both=lane, cycleway:left=lane or cycleway:right=lane instead.
