Indicates that cycleway mapped as a separate geometry is next to a road.
Used like footway=sidewalk especially on sidewalks that are primarily cycleways. Including where there are separate cycleway and footway sidewalks.
footway=sidewalk and cycleway=sidewalk - either can be used on highway=path segregated=yes bicycle=designated foot=designated but some people use path=sidewalk in such case (often fuelled by Osmose false positive)
