For tagging water wells (man_made=water_well) where water is drawn using a electric or gasoline powered pump. These wells are usually either drilled or bored and fitted with a pipe that the pump can draw from.
It is possible to get details about the pump_mechanism=* and how the pump is powered with mechanical_driver=* and even mechanical_coupling=*.
