Olmesartan/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide, sold under the brand name Tribenzor, is a fixed-dose combination medication used to treat high blood pressure.[2] It contains olmesartan medoxomil, an angiotensin-2 receptor antagonist (ARB or A2A), amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic.[2] It is taken by mouth.[2]
