Geofabrik is a company for-profit based in Karlsruhe, Germany offering OpenStreetMap consulting, training, tile servers, map styling and software development services. Geofabrik offers many free services to the OpenStreetMap community, including daily data extracts and the OSMInspector debugging tool.
Geofabrik was founded in 2007 by Jochen Topf and Frederik Ramm.
Geofabrik sponsored development of the German Mapnik Style in 2011.
