The time when the ATM or an ATM vestibule is open inside a venue. Outside of these hours, it is expected that the ATM is unavailable for use. It is common that banks close the lobby outside of their regular business hours but some bank branches nevertheless offer extended service hours by means of automated teller machines (ATMs).
Note that the tag should only be used in places, where an ATM is expected, such as banks. If a regular shopping center for instance had an ATM, it might be smarter to map that seperately.
