Protected areas in the Collaborative Australian Protected Areas Database (CAPAD) are uniquely identified with a persistent reference: PA_ID (ref:capad:pa_id=*). However an area in the database may consist of sub-areas with different IUCN classifications (iucn_level=*). In order to differentiate between these in OpenStreetMap a unique identifier made up of the two tags concatenated with an underscore has been used.
