Set a parent feature (node or area) then add television=yes/no.
Rationale
Many bars and restaurants have televisions available and this tag may be useful for the millions of people who like to go out on a weekend but also would like to view their sports game. For example, in the picture in the KeyDescription template, this bar has a television inside. Often, these bars (and some casual restaurants) will turn to a sports game on days with games playing. You can often request to change the channel if you wish to have a different game or show on.
