noaddress=yes

noaddress=yes can be used on a building to indicate that this building doesn't have an address.

It is useful if building has no address and there are indicators that it is missing from OpenStreetMap, this tag allows it to skip in QA and resurvey tools.

Implicite presumption

Buildings like building=garage or other building where nobody lives in may be often assumed as having no address. This tag could be used to explicitly declare that a building=house or similar doesn't have an address, despite that typically it would have.
