Shop primarily used to pick-up items ordered online. May have meager supply of products, including cases of completely useless supply existing solely for legal purposes.
If shop allows pickup of items ordered online but also has proper inventory - not just meager supply used as decoration/ad/legal loophole - then use normal shop type. For example bookstore that has proper book supply and intensively operated online order pickup point is shop=books.
Note that name may be problematic, as it refers to things other than shop[1].
There is a proposal under way that intends to change how such pickup points are tagged: Proposal:Pickup points.
